Booking your pitch
Simply send an e-mail (preferred method as we aren't near the phone much of the time, particularly in season) with your requirements to gregrb41@hotmail.com and we will respond to confirm, or let you know if we are booked on your dates, alternative dates will be offered where possible. We check our email regularly.
When you e-mail, please let us know:
1. Whether for 'BYO' or 'Rent-A-Tent' camping
2. Your date of arrival
3. Your date of departure
4. The number in your party including adults and children (16 and under), how many cars
5. Your name, address and a contact number
6. Camp fire kits are payable on departure - you can book them on the days required, advance booking is not necessary.
We will return a booking confirmation that will list your requirements and the cost, and requesting a deposit of 30% of the total cost by cheque, or £20.00, whichever is greater, by cheque or internet banking.
Deposits are returnable if we are notified of non arrival more than 14 days before you are due to arrive.
We do not take credit cards, so any outstanding amount due above your deposit can be paid by cheque if received more than 10 days before your arrival,by internet banking 3 days before your arrival, or by cash on arrival.
